The IRS Income Verification (4506-T tax transcript service) enables customers/mortgage originators to retrieve all tax transcript forms via streamlined fulfillment through our direct connection with the IRS. The tax transcript provides a complete picture of all household income including investment income as well as salary and wages.

The SSN Verification authenticates name, SSN and Date Of Birth directly with the Social Security Administration. It will also provide descriptions for SSA Authentication Report, SSA Death Master File and Identity Usage History:

SSA Authentication Report—Requires a signed SSA consumer authorization form before it compares three key identifiers (name, date of birth and SSN) against the Social Security Administrations database, delivering a definitive match or no-match on identity
 

Death Master File Audit—The Social Security number will be screened to ensure that it does not belong to a deceased individual
 

Identity Usage History—Provides multiple pieces of information on a Social Security number; if it is valid, where and when it was issued, any previous addresses, any additional SSNs that are associated with this consumer and if there are multiple identities
